针对大型铸钢件缺点的修理,可应用碳弧气刨去掉缺点。另外对焊补区及周边20毫米范畴内的夹渣、氧化皮、锈迹、油、水份等废弃物清理整洁,并将焊补区打磨抛光成弧形面,便于焊补。

In addition, clean up the slag, oxide skin, rust, oil, water and other waste within the 20mm range of the welding repair area and its surroundings, and polish the welding repair area into a curved surface for easy welding repair.
三、焊接前加热。加热温控:对碳订单数不超过0.44%的大型铸钢件,加热温度为120-200℃;针对碳当量超出0.44%的大型铸钢件,加热温度不可小于200℃。

四、焊丝。焊丝用F5105。焊接前开展350℃风干并隔热保温1h。风干后的焊丝储放在隔热保温筒内随时使用随用,不可应用没经风干的焊丝。
4、 Welding wire. Use F5105 for welding wire. Before welding, air dry at 350 ℃ and insulate for 1 hour. After air drying, the welding wire should be stored in a thermal insulation cylinder and used at any time. Welding wires that have not been air dried should not be used.
五、实际操作关键点。焊补尽量在立焊部位开展电焊焊接;电焊焊接时焊丝的晃动力度不算高于常用焊丝直径的3倍;修理结束后,将电焊焊接表层打磨抛光光洁,表层规格应考虑样图规定。

六、电焊焊接主要参数。焊丝直径4mm,电焊焊接电流量90-240A,工作电压25-30V,电焊焊接速率4-20厘米/min。

七、焊后热处理。大型铸钢件焊补后的清理地应力热处理工艺为:热处理工艺温度为550-650℃。针对焊补区相对性小,且铸钢处在机械加工的环节,可选用部分清理地应力热处理工艺方式,即在焊补的全部面里,电焊焊接区以及周边100毫米的范畴内加温温度不少于600℃,在隔热保温区和非隔热保温区中间温差不超过300℃。每25mm的电焊焊接深层,隔热保温时间不小于10min,并采用缓冷暴力。
7、 Post weld heat treatment. The cleaning and stress heat treatment process for large steel castings after welding repair is as follows: the heat treatment process temperature is 550-650 ℃. Welding deep layers every 25mm, with insulation and insulation time not less than 10 minutes, and using slow cooling force.
